Our financial policies have been developed to help keep your medical costs to a minimum. If you do not have insurance coverage, payment in full is due on the day of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit®.
Please contact your insurance company or managed care office to determine how your insurance may be used for services in our office.
All accounts must be paid in full within ninety(90) days from the date of service. After ninety(90) days your outstanding balance is due. We will continue to work with you to obtain maximum benefits from your insurance. If you have questions please call our office, (800)698-8088 or (610)253-3593.
If a patient comes to us with a problem that they expect to be covered by medical insurance(biopsies, tumors, TMJ, infections), they must have a referral from their primary care physician. A referral from a dentist is not adequate for medical insurance converage. Obtaining this referral is the patient's responsibility. If you do not have a referral, we will be happy to see you on a cash basis, but your medical insurance company will not pay for the treatment.
Medicare pays us directly for your care. You are responsible for any deductible and/or co-insurance. Dental procedures(extractions, implants) are not covered by Medicare. If Medicare denies your procedure, you are responsible for the charges.
We participate in many dental and medical insurance plans. We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company directly to verify your oral surgery benefits. Co-payments, deductibles and/or co-insurance payments will be due at the time of your visit. Please contact our experienced staff members with any questions you may have regarding insurance coverage.
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer to our patients a payment plan through CareCredit®. Monthly payments can be arranged to fit almost every budget.
